An Additional Request of Support to the Alien Worlds Planets from Pixtalgia

PIXTALGIA: A 2D Platformer – Retrogame with a metaverse /social identity focused on pixel art, fun gameplay and community spotlight

THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING

We already had a proposal approved from the Alien Worlds team – while it is great help, we would like to ask for further support – building a game so ambitious is a massive task, requires incredible dedition and great amounts of time. Additional support would guarantee us to dedicate ourselves full time for at least 1-year, the time we believe is needed to deliver a full-game experience with a lot of fun and innovative features – most of them coming from community ideas and integrated with other Creators proposals. Pixtalgia is always welcoming feedback, suggestions, and ideas coming from the players and other creators to be built and integrated into the main game.

WHAT WE WOULD BRING TO ALIEN WORLDS COMMUNITY

More utility to the NFTs by making them usable in Pixtalgia main game (providing added utility to Alien World weapons – making them equippable in Pixtalgia)
Expanding the lore and giving a visual, interactive experience visiting the Alien Worlds Planets
Mini Games that involve Alien Worlds assets, TLM Rewards
Special areas – more utility to the lands owners, even with chances to earn passively in Pixtalgia

WHAT WE WOULD BRING TO THE WAX COMMUNITY

Pixtalgia loves to promote and support the best independent small creators by building something for them in the main game, and giving spotlight.
We plan on adding more features to better showcase the NFT Artists creations, giving their NFTs as rewards from quests, creating buildings themed to their collection and links to their pages.

WHAT WE WOULD SPEND THE FUNDING ON

-A monthly wage to the Pixtalgia development team, to be able on focusing full-time on building the game for close to 1-year. This time should be enough to develop a solid, stable, exciting and fresh product and hopefully be ready for the next market bullrun.

-All the expenses that running such an ambitious project requires. I am personally taking care of too many aspects of the game and could use outsourced help in the fields of art, music, level design and developing.

MINI GAMES

We are going to build and include different mini games, in collaboration with Wax creators, all part of the main game experience and linked together. They will use additional NFTs while still be part of the main experience.
The first coming minigame is a 2D Space Shooter in the style of the classics from the 80-90s that will also allow players to travel across different planets.

ALIEN WORLDS LANDS MINI-GAMES
We would build a mini-section for every land with coordinates on the planets, rewarding players for completing small daily taks, and granting the land owners small passive earnings. This could also be implemented with guild and community mechanics.

BUILDING THE ALIEN WORLD PLANETS

We are going to build all the six planets in Pixel Art style, giving different biomes and style to them, consulting the AW team and lore squad to stay faithful to the franchise while still creating original ideas and material. The work on Planet Eyeke has already begun and we plan on the delivering the first Eyeke playable section by March-April 2023.

 THE REQUEST

We are asking for additional 3,000,000 TLM for funding one year of development.

We would be available any time for any request – info – feedback from the Alien Worlds team and ready to build more features that they would need, additionally to what we are already planning and a clear and transparent documentation on how the funds are used, and regular updates on the game development on this very page.

This request would cover:
 -building of all the 6 planets

-an additional customized/personalized sectors mechanic for Land Owners with a mini-game based on the different planet areas/coordinates

– utility for Alien Worlds weapons in Pixtalgia.

-TLM and NFT (from Wax community creators) rewards in main game and minigames.
